Our Charism

MISSIONARIES OF MERCY is an ECCLESIAL FAMILY with a Charism – a gift given by the Holy Spirit for the service of the Church

To joyfully witness to Divine Mercy in word, deed and sacrament for the sanctification of souls and the salvation of the world through serving the neediest of the needy by providing medical, humanitarian and pastoral care to those suffering from man-made and natural disasters.

Serving the neediest of the needy, Misericordia Christi urget nos

The Missionaries of Mercy is part of the New Evangelization. It is a response to the signs of the times that intends to confront and limit evil for the Glory of God, the sanctification of souls and the salvation of the world. See Pope John Paul II Beatification – Feast of Divine Mercy.

Missionaries serve Christ in the neediest of the needy through performing the corporal and spiritual works of mercy – providing medical, humanitarian, and pastoral care. Missionaries are called to be icons of Divine Mercy in word, deed and sacrament. See the Regina Coeli address of Benedict XVI at the Beatification of John Paul II.

“For the sake of His sorrowful Passion have mercy on us and the whole world.”
